1 / Processing and Shipping of the order
We ship orders from Laval, Quebec within three business days of the date of purchase. Weekend orders are dispatched within three business days of Monday. "Business days" do not include statutory holidays in Canada and Quebec.
2 / Shipping costs
We use Canada Post to ensure high quality service, prompt delivery and safe handling. For simplicity, we offer a fixed shipping fee of $ 17 regardless of the location in Canada and $ 22 regardless of the location in USA. However, Canada being the second largest country in the world, delivery times may vary depending on the place of delivery. Shipping costs will be free of charge for any order up to 89$ (without taxes) in Canada and 109$ (without taxes) in USA..

Please note that the shipping costs we collect do not include import taxes, brokerage taxes, international taxes, or customs fees.
